The Guillon Painturaud VSOP Cognac is, as are all of the house’s offerings, a pure Grande Champagne delight. At a full 15 years old (yet still designated a VSOP), it is the house’s youngest bottling.

On the nose, you are greeted by orchard fruits, baking spice, black tea, fresh baked pastry, and a hint of leather. The palate is rich and creamy, with biscuits, stone fruit, vanilla pudding, and orange oils. The finish brings forward dark chocolate and dried fruit. Bottled at 40% abv.
